Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:

To avoid potential fraud, theft and consumer confusion, gift certificates can only be redeemed by the original purchaser OR the recipient of the gift certificates.  A valid government issued photo ID will be required to ensure the redeemer is the original purchaser OR recipient.  Gift certificates purchased are not transferrable.  GLO Nail Bar may contact the recipient or purchaser after purchase to confirm identity and transaction information.
